Proprietors Brian and Brenda Hunt were born and raised in England and their shop reflects their personal taste for the traditional country house look, with mostly English pieces, but also European and some American, from the 17th to 19th centuries. Besides William & Mary, Georgian and Regency oak, mahogany and walnut furniture, there is always a choice of longcase (grandfather) clocks with brass or painted moon dials, all in good working order. Oil paintings, original engravings and gilt mirrors furnish the walls, and there is a broad selection of fine porcelains, Staffordshire ware and interesting collectible accessories.
